Artemisia’s Midwest premiere of SWEET TEXAS RECKONING by award-winning playwright Traci Godfrey examines the hilarious and heartbreaking relationship between a bigoted Southern Baptist mother and her liberated, lesbian daughter. This personal, compelling and unforgettable story was the undisputed Fall Festival 2016 audience favorite and will be directed by Julie Proudfoot, Artemisia’s Artistic Director.
